Our friend Logie Meachum is back!  Out of town for months during a personal struggle with an illness, he has returned to his hometown of Greensboro to share his wonderful gifts of song and storytelling.  Logie has the gift of connection; the songs he sings, the stories he tells, the smile he brings, will all touch a special place with you.  We hope you can join us for one of these very intimate, very cool performances!

From a recent WFDD interview with the man himself:

"When I sing blues and when I talk about it, I have a blues theology, and blues theology is just the idea that sin and guilt are inherent in man's composition. They're naturally there, but what is not naturally there is your will and ability to get up and fight again another day. You have to groom that you have to grow that. For me that's what blues-theology and blues philosophy is. When God lets you get up and fight one more time. "

This show is being produced by our great friend and long-time partner, Ms. Peg Parham, in her new venue "Listen, at Hush".  Come on down!
